The problem with New Year’s resolutions is that we set ourselves up for failure.
“I’m going to read my Bible each and every day.” “I will exercise and go to the gym on a regular basis.” “I will spend more time in the outdoors, seeking God’s will for my life.” There are countless more which I’ve made throughout the years. In the past, I’ve made numerous ones, not necessarily beginning with January 1st. The first week of the year is but a memory.Īre you a New Year’s resolution kind of girl?
